mytik ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it when you use the mytik service to publish videos to TikTok.

1. Information we collect

• TikTok authorization data: when you connect your TikTok account through the official TikTok OAuth flow, we receive an access token that lets us publish videos on your behalf. We do not see or store your TikTok password.
• Content you choose to publish: the video files, captions, hashtags, and product links you ask us to upload.
• Basic usage data: timestamps of publish actions and basic error logs, used to keep the service reliable.

2. How we use your information

• To upload and publish the videos you request, using the official TikTok Content Posting API.
• To attach the product links you provide to your published videos.
• To maintain, debug, and improve the service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your content with third parties for their own marketing.

3. Permissions (scopes)

mytik only requests the minimum permissions required: video.upload and video.publish. We do not request access to delete your videos, read your private messages, or follow/unfollow accounts.

4. Data storage and security

Access tokens are stored securely and used only to fulfill your publish requests. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.

5. Your choices

You can disconnect mytik from your TikTok account at any time by revoking the connection in your TikTok account settings. You may request deletion of your stored data by contacting us.
